Shabeeh Ahmed Ikram

Shabeeh is a strategic, result driven entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years successful senior management experience of FMCG, OTC and Diagnostic Businesses in two of the fortunes 500’s top performing corporations. He started his Academia/Career in 1991 by teaching as a Visiting Fellow at Wollongong University, Australia. After returning to Pakistan, he joined Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (British American Tobacco) in 1993 where he successfully handled trade and marketing activities and people management, including the start-up operations of Edible Oils Division. His last assignment was at Johnson & Johnson, where he rose quickly to become Country General Manager with wide territorial responsibilities of Pakistan & Afghanistan and has also served as a member of MENAP (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan) Management Board. His core competencies are in Distribution & Trade Marketing, Equity Architecture Development, Advertising, Business Acquisition and Integration, Compliance & Project Feasibility Management. Shabeeh holds a Masters Degree from University of Wollongong, Australia and is also a Certified Green Belt (Six Sigma). He co-authored a case study on market segmentation & positioning along with Professor Paul Patterson, which was published in Kotler’s Principles of Marketing, Australian edition, 1994, by Prentice Hall. Among his many credits, he has been cited in “100 Business Leaders of Pakistan”, a publication of Manager today, 2013 edition and was titled as, “A Man of Principles”, by Aurora Magazine in 2012. He served as Vice President elect of ABC (American Business Council) in 2012 and also chaired its industry and trade committee and most recently served as the Chairman elect of Pakistan Advertisers Society 2014, where he also chaired the committee on code of advertising and ethics, a society which reviews and safeguards the overall philosophy of media practices in Pakistan covering fairness, respect for people, and honest practice for viewers. His two passions besides people development are leadership studies and nurturing brands and serves on the Board of the CEO’s Club of Pakistan.
Dr.Salman Lodi

An enriched experience professional with 20 years in Local & MNCs Pharmaceutical Industry in Pakistan in the Field of Medical & Regulatory Affairs & Marketing QA Dr. Lodi started his career as a physician and later served the pharmaceutical industry. He has enriched experience working with prestigious organizations like Pfizer and Barrett Hodgson. His last assignment was with Johnson & Johnson, heading Medical& Regulatory Affairs for MENAP Region supporting Medical Affairs &Pharmacovigilance of 32 Countries and was part of The Pakistan Consumer Management Board. His experience range includes Pharmaceuticals re-siting of plant manufacturing, QA and PV Audits, OTC brand management, including claims development, clinical trials, managing of detailing functions and compliance management. Throughout his carrier he remained active member of various industry bodies such as Pharma Bureau & PPMA and Regulatory Sub Committee for American Business Council. His interests include development of compliance business systems, people development and Project feasibility management of Pharmaceuticals. He is a physician with the post graduate degree in Pulmonology, he has 3 published scientific papers in different Journals and also presented scientific studies in many national & international conferences.
Raza Mustafa Saeedi

Raza has 15 years of extensive experience in areas of Sales, Distribution of in a variety of FMCG and OTC categories. A Peoples Manager, with focus on developing, motivating, inspiring and leading a team to perform at the highest level and achieve business goals. Raza’s last assignment was at Johnson & Johnson as head of Sales and Distribution and a executive board member.Raza also served as a member of CSR program with special interest in Fleet Safety and Disaster Relief programs. Raza is passionate about Retail and Rural Trade Development in Pakistan. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Hamdard University, Pakistan.
Tahir Umer
Director Customer Development
Tahir is a seasoned sales and business development professional with proven ability to drive business through aggressive sales initiatives, delivering revenue growth, share gain, and penetration. Tahir has previously worked for Johnson & Johnson on various positions for more than 17 years with most recent being Customer Development Manager and was also part of the Consumer Management Board.  started career in June 1997 as sales & marketing associate & left J&J in August 2014 as Customer Development Manager  In addition  he was also responsible for exports, travel retail and Afghanistan markets. Tahir also worked overseas, UAE market in 2013 on deputation from J&J and worked closely with J&J and UAE distributor teams on general trade and distribution expansions projects Tahir also attended numerous training and development programs both domestic and international. Tahir holds an MBA from Pakistan. He is passionate in exploring new markets and modern trade development.
Muhammad Ali
Regulary & QA Controller
A senior manager with over 45 years’ experience in Multinational Companies for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, R&D, Formulation Development, Quality Control and QA Audits. He started his career with Sandoz in 1969 as QC analyst, moving up to QC Manager. In 1986 he moved to Johnson & Johnson to head the pharmaceutical production, later moving on to Quality Assurance. He retired in 2005, and worked again, both at Novartis and Jonson & Johnson as Technology Transfer Consultant. Mohammad Ali is a Pharmacy graduate. He remains passionate about in formulation development, Six Sigma, Process Validation and Re Engineering.
Syed Kamran Haider
General Manager Sales
An enriched experience professional with 20 years of experience in local Distribution Industry Kamran started his carrier in 1995 with Taisei Corporation of Japan in the administration department. He moved on to UAE to work with 4C Technologies in the field of procurement. He came back to Pakistan in 2001 and joined IBL distribution group, where he moved progressively, with his last assignment as Associate Business Manager, overseeing the Consumer products operations, business planning, and warehousing and logistics support. Kamran is a Graduate from Punjab College of Commerce. His main interests are in Distribution management automation, information systems and process management.
Syed Shujaat Ali General Manager Operations He has joined our team as General Manager Operation from 1st August, 2019. Responsible for overall Business Operation and IT services. Mr. Syed Shujaat Ali has brought with us immense experience in Supply Chain. He has completed our business graduation from Preston University and got the various international certifications in Supply Chain. He started his career with PHILIPS Electrical Industries. Prior to joining New Nest Distribution, he served for PHILIPS Pakistan, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Pakistan Security Printing Corporation and United Brands in lead positions.

Obaid has 5 years of professional experience in Global Compliance Reporting (GSR). His last assignment was with Linz Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. During his tenure at Linz Pharma Obaid was deputed to various assignments including Cost and Variance Analysis. Obaid is a commerce graduate and a qualified ACCA.
Asim Shabbir

Asim is a seasoned sales professional with 15 years of local sales and distribution experience. Asim started his carrier in year 2000 with Madni Corporation as Sales Supervisor. He moved on to IBL distribution group as a Territory Sales Officer and later progressed through to become the Sales Supervisor, overseeing consumer FMCG brands. His experience consists of managing field force, target allocation, territory designing and Modern Trade development. Asim is a Commerce graduate from Punjab College of Commerce. His main interests are in Section Planning and Sales / Cash Van load management.
